Shamanic Drumming Circle

A drumming circle is a circle of people who meet and use the healing power of the Drum to improve their life in many ways

Drumming induces deep relaxation, lowers blood pressure, and reduces stress. Stress, according to current medical research, contributes to nearly all disease and is a primary cause of such life-threatening illnesses as heart attacks, strokes, and immune system breakdowns.

Shamanic drumming is unique in that the rhythm of shamanic drumming is constant and steady. It brings us into a meditative & relaxing state that is conducive to healing at many levels.

Our shamanic drumming circle will be on Tuesdays at 8:15pm to 9:15pm, starting from the 5th November 2013. Tea & biscuits afterwards.
