This class takes place in person, over the telephone or Skype or ina group workshop setting. In person, over the telephone or Skype, you and Claire will find 45 minutes to 1-hour a week to work one-on-one to learn empowering spiritual techniques. Each student will also receive lessons to practice during the week. Below are the lessons and spiritual techniques covered during each module.

Module One-
We will learn how to do the following spiritual techniques:
- Grounding
- Bringing up earth energy
- Centering
- Owning our auras
- Understand Spirit Body Communication
- Using Cosmic Energy
- Bringing ourselves into Present Time
- Clearing the 7 chakras

Module Two-
We will do the chakra clearing first. It is the foundation upon which all spiritual techniques can be explored in further depth. After the chakra clearing we will learn how to do the following spiritual techniques:
- Go into a light trance
- Create and destroy roses
- Read roses to gather spiritual information

Module Three-
After chakra clearing, we will learn how to do the following spiritual techniques:
- Read our own past lives
- Heal stuck emotions from past lives

Module Four-
After the chakra clearing, we will learn the following spiritual techniques:
- Read our own 7 aura layers
- Heal their aura layers
Module Five-
After the chakra clearing we will learn how to:
- Clear and Own our clairvoyant psychic channel
- Clear and Own our clairaudient psychic channel
- Clear and Own our telepathic psychic channel
- Balance the male and female energies within ourselves

Module Six-
After the chakra clearing, we will learn how to do the following spiritual techniques:
- Communicate with God
- Communicate with the Archangels
- Communicate with the Ascended Master Teachers
- Communicate with our Spirit Guides.
- Validate and Own our spiritual techniques
